Device & Usage Information
- Device type, operating system, and app version
- Push notification tokens (APNs for iOS, FCM for Android) to deliver alerts

Location Information
- Location data is accessed only when you explicitly use address search or map features
- We do not track your location in the background
How We Use Your Information
- Create and manage your account and your company's workspace

Children's Privacy
Crew Vendor is a professional B2B application not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the Crew Vendor application ("App"), operated by Crew Vendor ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must immediately stop using the App.
Description of Service
Crew Vendor is a B2B construction project management platform that enables construction companies to manage work orders, purchase orders, crew assignments, scheduling, inspections, invoicing, and project reporting. The App is designed for professional use by authorized business entities and their employees.
Account Registration
- Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your login credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account
Acceptable Use
You may not:
- Use the App to store or transmit unlawful or fraudulent content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works of the App
- Use automated tools or scrapers to extract data from the App
- Falsify work orders, project data, or submit fraudulent records
- Violate any applicable local, state, federal, or international law
Subscription and Payment
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
- Failure to pay may result in suspension of access until payment is resolved
- We reserve the right to adjust pricing with 30 days' notice
- Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion
Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the App are the exclusive property of Crew Vendor and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of all data your organization inputs into the App ("Your Data") and grant us a limited license to host and process it solely to provide the service.
Disclaimers
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Construction decisions, safety compliance, and regulatory requirements remain the sole responsibility of your organization. Crew Vendor is a management tool and does not substitute for professional engineering judgment or legal compliance expertise.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Crew Vendor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Termination
Either party may terminate the service relationship at any time. Upon termination, your access will cease. We will retain Your Data for 90 days post-termination, during which you may request an export. After that period, data will be permanently deleted unless legal retention obligations apply.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the effective date and notify active users via the App or email. Your continued use of Crew Vendor after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
